Welcome to LaunderGo. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LaunderGo, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Platform Nature
LaunderGo is an on-demand service marketplace that connects users with independent third-party laundry service providers ("Vendors") and delivery partners.
LaunderGo acts solely as a facilitator for bookings, coordination, and payments. We do not directly provide laundry or delivery services and do not control or supervise Vendors or delivery partners.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery details, ensure that items submitted for service are appropriate for cleaning, and use the platform lawfully. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of policies may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Bookings, Pricing and Payments
Users can book services such as Express, Standard, or Recurring laundry. Pricing is determined by Vendors and displayed before confirmation.
Payments may be made via Wallet, Cash on Delivery, or online payment gateways. LaunderGo facilitates payment processing but is not a financial institution.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on timing and vendor policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or wallet.
5. Service Quality and Liability
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality of cleaning and handling of items. Delivery partners are responsible for pickup and delivery operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunderGo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by Vendors or delivery partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, and technology of LaunderGo are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
